When “But” Makes you a Sphincter-Leader | Leadership Freak

Don't be afraid to celebrate the things that are going well. Whatever you focus on grows stronger. Focus on the success that is already there. So go ahead. Have conversations about what's going well on the project and how can the team do more of that. Ask about the biggest success in the past month, the greatest challenge they overcame - and how they did it. Ask about what they are most proud of. Ask what they want to brag about one month from now!
